I have been a High School Strength and Conditioning Coach for twelve years in Maryland, Washington, and Oregon. I have been the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at two different Washington High Schools. This has given me experience working with Athletes from 11 to 21 years of age. I am a Certified Interscholastic Coach (Level 2) with the National Federation of State High School Associations, Heads Up Football Certified by USA Football, First Aid/CPR/AED Certified by the American Red Cross, and a Member of the American Football Coaches Association

I was a successful High School Athlete playing Baseball and Football with State Championships in both. My team the Southern Columbia Area Tigers won District Titles all four years with a State Championship my senior year. We were State Runners-up my Freshman though Junior years. After graduating college, I was a Men’s A Side Rugby player for the Patuxent River Rugby Football Club for 3 years.

As a private coach I specialize in position specific techniques as well as over all athletic development - including strength, power, speed, coordination, gross and fine motor control, and the mental side of the game.
