More About Coach Christopher

I have been coaching and training since 2011. I have coached and trained both youth and junior college athletes for football, track and basketball. I currently work at a performance gym training clients 1 on 1 and small group training with ages 12-22. I am certified for Strength and Conditioning Coaching, Nutrition Specialist and Corrective Exercising.

I played offensive line as a scholarship Division 1 football at Eastern Michigan University from 2006-2008. After college I coached and played for a semi professional development football league where I won 3 championships.

During typical sessions, we focus on strength and speed & agility. The goal is to help my athletes get bigger, stronger & faster, as well as to ensure they stay healthy and understand how to take care of their bodies off the field or court.
All our sessions with start with a dynamic warm up and stretch. Attacking the muscles that will be used during the workout. I will then explain the workouts and the benefit of the workouts so they can understand what part of their performance will be effected. We will then finish our sessions with conditioning or sports specific drills.
