My training is based upon the theory and exercises of AFC Ajax, Chivas, and Atlas development programs. Expect to receive high intensity training focused on dribbling and variety of ball techniques. Passing exercises designed to increase speed of play. Mastering body coordination and body language is highly emphasized. Fitness, conditioning, speed/agility, and strength with the ball is essential. Player position specific exercises will be provided. Learning how to strike the ball with different techniques for distinct situations to achieve accuracy and precision.
