More About Coach Christina
I have worked camps in California and in Houston. I typically work with kids ages 3 -14. I also have experience working with high school athletes. I also have experience with adults in reaching fitness goals. I have worked as an assistant trainer for Texans soccer club and for the ymca as a volunteer.
One of my accomplishments is playing division one soccer. I have competed at a semi pro level and also division one level. I currently play for the Houston Aces and for Texas Southern university.
As a coach I will focus on an athlete’s mechanics to prevent injury, I think it’s very important for an athlete to have correct form! Second, I will focus on lots of ball work as well as strength and conditioning. I will incorporate my college experience into these trainings as well!
