For experienced players- I can provide instructional feedback to help grow lacrosse IQ and skills required to play at the next level. Whether it's high school varsity or college I am able to prepare the athlete for the next level.
For beginners- I am able to teach the fundamentals of lacrosse and explain the game. Starting from the ground up the players will get extensive knowledge on basic skills needed to perform.
All levels will also gain fitness and agility feedback and drills to help them overall become a well rounded, fit athlete. I am also able to provide recruiting guidance and feedback for those looking to play at the next level.
