Played in Spain with 3rd division professional teams. Looking to train players in LA and OC area. New at coaching or personal training but I’m very excited to start my journey and make players get a lot better and improve their game!!
Played with professional teams in Spain. As a kid played on premier level club teams in Southern California. Played a little in high school but not too much I played more club soccer and in the UPSL league.
Lots of technical work such as footwork with cones in tight spaces. Juggling different sized balls to improve touch and confidence. Fitness incorporated drills and ladder work so getting stamina will be more fun rather than just running. Speed training with resistance such as parachutes.
