I have 4 years of coaching experience working directly with defensive backs. I have coached 3 years of high school, and 1 year of college ball. I work with youth, high school, college, and professional defensive backs.

I have played at the collegiate (4 years) and professional (3 years) levels. I played collegiate at Lincoln University (MO), and played professional for the Sioux Falls Storm of the IFL & the Edmonton Eskimos of the CFL.

Dynamic warmup (stretch), followed by quick twitch modalities (Quick feet, hips, or ladder). From there we move onto the focus of the day whether it be foot placement, stance, pad level, or anything else that is specific to defensive back play.
