More About Coach Chelsea

Currently the assistant coach at Siegel HS. I am collegiate point guard. I have played this sport since the age of 3. Throughout the years I have not only been forced to figure different ways to enhance my own skill set, but also my teammates. As the point guard it has been my responsibility to help enhance my teammates skill sets in the most efficient way. I also work at Nike Elite Basketball Camps where I trained from the ages of 9-15. My personal basketball trainer also works with professional basketball players. I have had the opportunity to workout with and learn from people such as Brandan Wright and Rob Covington. I am currently working on my personal training certification. I am capable of working with athletes of all ages.

As a freshman broke the RECORD for *Assists in a Single Season* w/ 117

Workouts will very depending on the client’s skill set and conditioning. A work out will generally consist of stretching, warmups, skill work, conditioning, and then finishing out with a difficult, but fun finisher. This will capitalize on the area of the body we are focusing on for this day. The athlete will be able to hone in on these skills while being fatigued. This will allow them to learn their bodies and create muscle memory. This also encourages learning how to overcome obstacles when fatigued.
