Focus is on total body athletic performance that is progressive and follows a fundamental plan in phases leading to peak performance. Overarching goal is to improve individual athletic performance qualities and injury mitigation. Each client will be screened and interviewed to discover weaknesses and focal points leading to a personalized, progressive and developmentally safe plan.
