More About Coach Charlie
I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for 7 years and I’ve been a trainer/nutrition coach for 4 years. I’ve worked for Retro Fitness & 24 Fitness, training people of all ages, ranging from 14 to 55. I’ve helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals! I have certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I was a 2 year varsity basketball player in high school and have been weight lifting since I was 14! I’ve worked with athletes in various sports leagues such as the NCAA & WUBA. (soccer, football, baseball, & basketball)
During the session I focus on the clients individual needs. However, my training goes beyond the sessions. I focus on building a program that’ll get the client the best results possible. Giving them workout plans and nutrition plans to follow outside of our session times.
