I come from a soccer family - my dad is the head coach at Trinity College and my brother is the assistant coach at St. Joseph's College.

My sessions are fast paced and aim to prepare athletes for high-school or college level soccer.

At the 1st lesson, we will establish goals for the athlete that we will work together to meet. This can be anything from
-Technical work - dribbling, shooting, 1st touch, etc.
-Tactical progression - learning the ins and outs of the game to become a more effective player on the field.
-Fitness - a customized fitness plan fit for each individual athlete based on their goals.

From there, each lesson will be a unique combination of drills, exercises, and games to develop skills and improve soccer ability.
