My primary age group is 14-40, I train high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Three of my professional clients include NFL wide receiver Laron Byrd, NFL Defensive Lineman Lawrence Okoye, and Arena Football Player Seth Ellis. I also have conducted mental conditioning for professional soccer player Alex Knox and collegiate basketball players. I have served as head coach of a semi-professional football organization named the Arizona Roll Tide and as the head coach of Vista Grande High School's girls' soccer program where I teach advanced weight training and sports conditioning. I am a nationally certified NFHS Coach in the sports of football and soccer. I have experience coaching football and soccer at the collegiate level. I served as a coach at Arizona Western College, Alcorn State University, Florida A/M University, and Bluefield College.

My accomplishments as a player are CCCAA Academic and Athletic Team, I played football at San Bernardino Valley Community College, and transferred to the University of Southern California where I participated in their "Spring Ball" program before transferring to Chapman University where I played defensive tackle and Tight End.

Clients can expect a fun and exciting session. My focus is to build on what my clients do well and improve where they deficient, I do not just focus on a drill or technique just to show my client how innovative I am, I focus on raising my clients IQ and situational awareness of the sport they are participating in.
