I currently am the Head Football Coach at Anacostia High School. I have been the Head Coach for 3 years since retiring from the NFL. I have trained kids from ages 10-18 as well as collegiate athletes during their off seasons for the past 3 years as well. I am CPR certified.

I was an All Big Ten Safety at the University of Michigan and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in 2003. During my 8 year pro career I was an All Pro Linebacker and went to the 2005 Pro Bowl. I was also on the 2006 Super Bowl Champion Indianapolis Colts team.

My training philosophy is to learn the fundamentals first. My sessions will consist of a combination of drills and speed and agility work mixed with strength training. The goal is teach proper movement and techniques that will make them better athletes.
