More About Coach Casey

Over the last 4 years I have trained athletes ranging from the collegiate level all the way down to a young athlete learning how to use their arms when they run. While at the University of Houston, I worked with athletes of various sports and all different athletic levels. In the years since graduating from UH I have continued to train athletes from all over the greater Houston area.

My degree is in Kinesiology for Human Performance and have a very dedicated focus on safetly progressing an athlete for their long term success.

My dedication and accomplishments have always been in the athletes I have trained, and not in myself. I competed myself at the University of Houston where I ran track and worked with athletes from various teams. I have been blessed to work with athletes who have progressed to the professional level.

A typical session will be for 1 hour. In a session we will cover the correct ways to warm up, perform movements correctly, and the correct way to cool down to prevent muscle imbalance and prevent injury. Throughout the session I will continue to communicate why certain movements will be performed as well as their benefits.
