More About Coach Cary
I have been coaching Track and Field for sixteen years. Eleven of these years were spent at the high school level at various schools in Southeast Michigan. I have also worked as an assistant coach at the NCAA D3 level producing numerous All-Americans and one National Champion in the Hammer throw. I am certified through the USATFas a level 1 coach, as well as a Level 2 Throws Coach.
My athletic career ended in high school. I began coaching in 2000 and never looked back. Since then I have dedicated my time to becoming a well-rounded throws coach.
Sessions are planned according to the athletes age, experience, and fitness level. These sessions designed for a wide range of athletic needs. From athletes that are interested in becoming better in shot put/discus for their local high school/middle school, to those wanting to learn the hammer and javelin.
