Canaan Kemfort

I currently do not have any full-time coaching experience as I am still in college; however, I am currently working on securing internships involving coaching. Also, during my time in high school, I assisted in coaching strength and conditioning with our strength coach.

I am currently playing College football at Erskine College (Due West, SC). I played High School football at Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC) for all four years. I have played a wide variety of positions: Offensive Tackle, Guard, Center, Linebacker, and Defensive End.

Sessions will typically start with a dynamic warmup, followed by cone drills and position specific strength and agility drills; for example, Defensive Lineman would work on some shock and shed drills, as well as pass rush moves. While small skill position players will work on more speed, agility, and catching drills.
