Bridgewater State University Head Offensive Line Coach (2014- Present):
Responsible for practice planning, creating and executing practice drills during practice, individual film sessions with the Offensive line, blitz pick up recognition, on field coaching, breaking down offensive lineman's form and technique, game planning, and weight training.
My other duties include assistant recruiting coordinator, where I help look at film and evaluate talent. Defensive scout team coordinator, where I run defensive tendencies versus our starting offense for the upcoming game. Also special teams assistant, where I help out with the field goal unit on footwork, hand placement, and blocking techniques.
I have also coached a summer passing league 7 on 7 team one year where I would call both offensive and defensive plays in game time situations.
Not related to football I have volunteered as the assistant coach and manager of the Taunton Eagles Soccer Club for 6 years.

I went to Coyle and Cassidy High School where I was a 3 year starter both on the offensive and defensive line. As a senior I was elected captain by my teammates. I was also an All-EAC team selection my senior year as well. I attended Bridgewater State University where I became a 3 year starter on the offensive line as a Center. I helped lead my team to the DIII NCAA Football Playoffs my junior year. As a senior I was elected captain and received All-MASCAC team selection honors as a center. I was also awarded the Bridgewater State University Coaches Award by my coaches for my outstanding play senior year.

I will train anyone that is serious about improving their game on the offensive or defensive line. My sessions will include progressions from basic stances and starts, hand placement, proper footwork, to finishing or shedding blocks. Training sessions will be 60 minute sessions, which is more than enough time to get proper repetitions needed. Training sessions will include various innovative techniques used by top coaches in the nation. Each individual will begin with an evaluation of both physical and mental skills that relate to their position. We will then come up with a training program based on the individual's evaluation. The training packet will include: a weight training program, skills development program, and film sessions (Access to a HUDL account) (all based on age level, experience,and need). Training sessions will vary due to age, skill level, experience, etc. Each session will teach the athlete how to prepare, train, and execute the art of their positions. I will teach proper values and leadership skills needed to lead a team and be the best person they can be. I will improve each athletes footwork based on position, explosiveness through plyometrics, speed, leadership, teamwork, and skill development through various drills. Football has taught me so much about myself on and off the field. I love this game more than anything else and being able to share my experiences and help other athletes that want to perfect their craft and create their own experiences is something I live for.

After one session there was remarkable improvement in technique. We were planning on signing our son up for a town football camp but after having such results with Coach Cameron we have decided to do more sessions instead.
