COVID-19 affects us all and my goal is to keep you and your family safe. I limit my sessions to a maximum of 2 athletes at a time. I wear a facemask when training. I don't require my athletes to wear masks, but I do encourage it for them and their families. I maintain social distance throughout each session and I use verbal and visual cues that don't require me to get close to my athletes. I sanitize all of my equipment before each athlete session.

But make no mistake, we're going to have fun! I bring high energy and professional-caliber training to each session. I want to help boost every athletes' passion for their sport and confidence in their abilities.

I am mobile / flexible with location. I will work with you to find a field, track, or park nearby that's convenient for you. I also have at-home and online/virtual training materials available.

All sessions and programs are tailored to each athlete's individual sport, season, goals, and physical needs.

I meet with each athlete prior to building their workout program to discuss their training likes/dislikes, current workload, schedule, health history, and goals for their athletic, academic, and collegiate career.

Each session is 60 minutes:
10-15 Minutes: Dynamic Warm-up (sport-specific muscle activation, dynamic stretching, core temperature and heart rate elevation)
30-40 Minutes: Speed, Agility, Strength, Conditioning (focus: maximum performance + injury prevention)
10-15 Minutes: Cool Down (static stretching, breath work, core strength)
I provide all necessary equipment.

I work with each athlete to choose exercises they enjoy; not forcing them into a rigid box of training that I think they "must do."

I make every session fun! I bring energy, enthusiasm, and upbeat music for the full 60 minutes.
