More About Coach Bryson

Through my collegiate athletic career, I worked with kids/young adults ranging from ages 10-18 as well as female adults. A majority of my coaching and training experience was in the greater Austin area. Being a multi-sport athlete through my playing career, I gained experience in football, track and soccer. In my spare time between 2012 - 2016 , I would give back to the community and coach kids in the greater Austin area. I mainly focussed on skill and personal development - on and off the field. The kids were involved in summer track, spring pop warner football and spring soccer so I would focus mainly on these three sports. Since I was recently in school most of my kids are still on their respective teams.

After playing soccer for 13 years I decided to follow in my older brothers’ footsteps and join football my junior year of high school where I began achieving accolades such as "Defensive player of the week", "2x All American" and being the "high school spotlight player of the week. in this mix of this, I also received 32 college offers to Division 1 universities to continue my football and track career. After I decided to continue my career playing at The University of Texas at Austin, I began receiving accolades such as "All rookie academic Big 12" team, saw action in every game following my redshirt year in football and managed to qualify for conference meets every year in track. I was fortunate enough to play 4 years at one of the most prestigious universities in the country, it was a true blessing to be able to play my last/5th year at Arizona State University where they accepted me as a dual sport graduate transfer.

A typical session will consist of a thorough warm up/stretch. To prevent those lingering injuries that bother you down the road it is essential to address it early on. The session will be more focused on quality vs. quantity. I am a firm believer that it is more valuable to do it 3x showing perfect technique with rest in between vs 15x with poor technique. I do believe in being in great shape, so running is mandatory. When it comes to conditioning, it is more so quantity vs quality. Will always finish with a stretch and cool down.
