More About Coach Bryan

I've had 5+ years in the training/coaching atmosphere, where I've been fortunate to work out and learn from athletes and coaches from all levels (rec-pros). This has allowed me to understand what most athletes need and should want to know as they progress through their careers. I've coached and participated in camps/clinics in Maryland and Central Pennsylvania. While coaching, I enjoyed a successful career playing defensive back/return specialist at Bucknell University where I earned all-American/conference awards. The best thing I did was study the game and respect the grind which helped me become a better player and man which is important in the life of an athlete.

Calvert Hall Grad(2015): Crab Bowl Participant and received Division 1 scholarship
Bucknell: I played four seasons at Bucknell University where I was a William V. Campbell Trophy
Semifinalist in 2018 and a two-time All-Patriot League (2018, 2016). TonySoftli 1st team Freshman all-American/ HeroSports Sopg all-American(2015-2017). Third in school history for single-season punt return yards and tied for eighth in career interceptions.
Stats: 242 total tackles (192) solo, 10 interceptions, and seven forced fumbles. I finished with 772 career kick
return yards along with 296 punt return yards.

Sessions usually include dynamic/static stretching followed by technique work/clean up. This is a unique time to figure out what the athlete needs help improving instead of being a product of a cookie-cutter program. Next, I like to teach in-game drills and scenarios for advanced athletes or completing the beginning phases of footwork and stance development. Lastly, Brief and game-designed conditioning which shows conditioning level and stamina goals. Once the session is complete, we will stretch and discuss football conversations(chalk talk). These periods vary throughout my four phases in which I like to take all athletes through.

Coach Bryan really helped me with getting the moves down. He really helps teach the basics and slowly works into getting things more advanced. He also really focuses on helping you reach your goals. I Definitely recommend him.
