Brooke Swift

Hello! I'm Coach Swift. I currently coach at the collegiate level. I’m going into my 4th year of coaching at the college level. I played D3 collegiate basketball as a point guard for my university for all four years. I have a passion for basketball and for coaching. I've been doing individual basketball lessons with both boys and girls for a few years now. Per NCAA Compliance, I’m only permitted to do training sessions with players in middle school or younger. NO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES.

I've been playing basketball for 20 years. I played D3 basketball at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. I was the starting point guard for my university for 3 out of the four years I played. While at SU, my team made 2 conference championship appearances.

I like to start with ball handling at the beginning of my sessions... whether you're a point guard or a center, ball handling is crucial. I like to work on different shots from different areas of the court. I also like to work on making moves into shots. I'm pretty flexible on working on specific skills a player wants to develop.
