Experience coaching toddler through high school kids and willing to coach adults as well. I helped coach recreational track and field for college park.

Competed on the collegiate level of a division I Missouri Valley Conference School at Wichita State University for track and field. Was on varsity all 4 years of high school in Texas as well as a district, regional, and state quilifier all 4 years. Competed in the 200m,100m, Relays, Long jump, Triple jump. Also have recieved a lifetime of medals and honors throughout competitive career. Still holds the 200m record unbroken since 2008 in the state of Texas.

Warmup, light jog and break off into drills and stretching. Depending on your condition and what event your training for we will work on certain sprint techniques, jumping techniques, as well as conditioning and how to mechanically run the event.
