More About Coach Britney

NASM certified personal trainer. Group fitness instructor at Equinox. Experience coaching grade school to high school in soccer, track and field, basketball and softball/baseball. Experience with speed, agility, and quickness training along with sport specific strength or conditioning. Personal training experience for weight loss, sport specific training, speed, agility, quickness, power and cardio strength and endurance training.

Varsity sports in high school: soccer, track+ field, and fast pitch softball. Varsity captain and All-state in soccer.
Collegiate Division 3 fastpitch softball and soccer. All conference in softball. (Southern Virginia University)

Once goals are set (following an assessment- which will be the first session) workouts will address the most weak or less confident areas first, then address other goals at the end. Depending on sport, level, and focus levels workouts can vary in intensity and what areas are worked on.
