More About Coach Brian

I have experience in coaching across multiple sports from youth league to professionals athletes. I currently hold CPT and plan to continue my education in order to provide great service.

Growing up I played high school football and basketball. I earned a full scholarship to play football at NC State University as a defensive linemen.

A session with me would look like the following:
Start with a dynamic warmup , followed by power or Plyometrics works, afterwards Speed training or resistance training , and lasting Footwork/core Training
