More About Coach Brian

I have coached private high school lacrosse for 6 years. i have coached club lacrosse teams in the summer and falls as well. I work with ages 8-18 but i can work with college kids as well. I am the head jv lacrosse coach and i assist with the varsity as well.

I played 4 years of college lacrosse. I have won lacrosse championships as a coach in club and the team I coach in the summer. I coach at one of the best lacrosse high schools in the country.

I focus on a couple things. I can work with offensive players in shooting, stick work, dodges. How to make their shot faster and also how to make them a better dodger. I can also work with goalies and defensive players. With goalies we will work on stepping, footwork, clearing. So how i would run the sessions would be on the offensive side catching and throwing to start. we will then go to working on shooting form. After that go through a pocket of balls with strong and weak hand. Defense we will work on footwork, defensive position, the approach on a offensive player.

Brian did a fantastic job of introducing my son to the foundations of the game with a focus on defense. This is my 12 year old sons first season of lacrosse and he said “he learned more in 1 hour with Brian than he thought was possible” and that he had a lot of fun. I am very satisfied with the coaching session and will book more in the future.
