My training incorporates basketball specific, performance-based exercises alongside on-court skills and drills. My goal is to develop athletes into higher skilled players through increased athleticism, leading to improved performance and an overall reduction of injuries. I use dynamic exercises and drills. I cultivate performance qualities beyond foundational strength; resulting in athletes with greater: acceleration, speed, mental endurance, reactive agility, and efficient mobility.

Client Reviews

Great training session!

Coach Ish is one of the best in the game. He incorporates both strength training and on-court skills to maximize performance. I trained with him during my final two years of division 1 basketball at the Air Force Academy, and it definitely took my game to another level.
