I have experience coaching high-level college Baseball as well as training Pro baseball players and younger players. I played, coached, and graduated from Bellevue University in Omaha,Nebraska. I was the hitting coach as well as the strength and conditioning coach at Bellevue University. I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Health Human Performance. I also specialize in nutrition and performance training.

A client can expect a full well-rounded session with me. Full Warm up workout with Baseball Performance moves to increase athletes performance. Specific hitting and fielding/throwing drills. We will focus on the core fundamentals that make athletes good baseball players as well as doing extra work to make the athlete a competitive athlete.
