I have coached various levels of lacrosse ranging from beginners (ages 5-6) All the way to assisting on High School level teams (Ages 16+) I have experience in Group and Personal settings at all positions. I have coached all positions but am strongest at Defense and Goalie Coaching.

-Played club lacrosse and high school lacrosse in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
-Played at several national showcases and premier events
-played 4 years of college lacrosse at Marymount University.
- was fortunate enough to play lacrosse overseas in Europe representing the U.S

For beginners- I focus on the fundamentals such as stick skills, lacrosse knowledge as well as ensuring the athlete is comfortable with a stick in their hands and begin to obtain lacrosse IQ. I will focus on constructing shooting technique and being able to be fluent with both hands

For more advanced players- I focus on position specific technique. As well as more advanced drills. A big focus of mine is footwork and body position. Footwork is key to the game and fine pointing footwork will allow for the athlete to have a successful playing career. As well as further bettering the athletes technique. Another big focus is sharpening the athletes skills and being able to use them in a game situation.

No matter the skill level I focus on being an all around lacrosse player and athlete. I like to make the coaching sessions more of a workout that will greater the players athletic capability.
