I've trained younger and adults since 2013. Teaching them the tools that I've learned from skilled professionals. Reaching the youth and bettering adult lives is all its about!
I've competed at the highest level which is the NFL for the Dolphins, Colts, and Titans , played college football for the University of Louisville, and played high school football at Christopher Columbus.
First I like to get a understanding of the client and their goals. Once I understand what my client goals are, then we can get into specific trainings for that client. Every client will be treated different based on experience and whats their main goals.
