I have coached 3 year old's up to the NCAA college level. I typically train between the ages of 6-18 years. I am currently the assistant soccer coach of Edward Waters University. I am a FHSAA certified coach and currently pursuing my USSF "D" License.

I played NCAA collegiate soccer and was awarded Top 50 player and HOF at University of North Georgia. I also played professionally for the Jamaican National Team. I played professional club for Los Perfectos Football Club.

I start with a meet and greet. I engage my athlete and see what they have worked on recently. I then go into a brief warmup with some dynamic stretches to get the muscles activated. We then go into position specific drills for forward's, midfield or defense. I also train goalkeepers. I usually like to end my sessions with a fun game to keep my athletes engaged while executing on what they have learned.
