Costello has coached a variety of ages which includes youth, high school, collegiate and NFL. He currently is the head coach for 12u Football team in West Philadelphia and provides private training for individuals and small groups.

Attended Fairfield Preparatory School in Fairfield, CT. During his freshman year, he played varsity and made a 54 yard Field Goal setting Connecticut State Record in 1993. Later attended Holy Cross, HS in Delran, NJ and played both Football and Baseball for Greg Luzinski. He recorded 54 yard New Jersey State field goal record in 1995

Costello starred at Boston University (1995-97), finishing his career as the school’s all-time leader with a 42.3 punting average ... Earned Atlantic-10 punting championship in 1996 and ’97 ... Averaged 44.4 yards per kick in 1997, ranking third overall in Division I-AA and setting school records for average and total yards ... Began his college career at Michigan State, transferring to Boston University after his freshman year.

Costello signed with Cincinnati Bengals in 1997 and Launched a Bengals-record 73-yard punt in his first pro game and Single Game Net Punting Average. In the same year, he made the 1998 NFL All Rookie Team.

In 1999 Costello suffered an injury and was then allocated to NFL Europe. Costello played in 8 games for the Scottish Claymores and punted 45 times for 1887 yards (41.9 avg.) ... Ranked second in the league with a 41.9 average and third with 16 kicks inside the 20-yard line ... Notched a season-high 10 punts for a 47.5 average against the Rhein Fire in Week 10

Costello finished his NFL Career with New England Patriots and later retired due to career ending injury.

Group and individual training is focused on the basic and advanced fundamentals for Offensive/Defensive Skilled positions, Place-kicking, Punting, Holding, and Long Snapping. Each session is tailored to the individual after the the initial training session. A typical session will be working on techniques, mental strength and games situations.
