I have trained for 4 years now and have changed 150+ lives in fitness. I graduated with my bachelors of science in exercise science and love this field. I work with all age groups and conditions.

I am currently trying to compete in bodybuilding. I have played college basketball in PA. I have been recognized as best offensive player, MVP, personal trainer of the year, and best transformations for personal training.

My workout will start with dynamic movements and into strength training. Depending on the goal the intensity and demand on the weight may differ. I would also supply a personalized diet to help get the best results. Lastly, I would end with cardio to end the session and stretching.
