First we start with a warm up with ball handling stationary and on the move, transitioning into ball handling mixed with layups.
from there we work on jumpshots catch and shoot as well as on the move. Drills will be followed by free throw shooting. All workouts are catered to the athletes skill level and designed specifically for each athletes skill set.
