Hi! I am happy you are considering having me help you with your fitness/athletic goals. Whether you are looking to slim down, tone up, or enhance your skills in specific sports, I am the person for you.
I am a former world level Track and field Athlete who achieved a top 3 best jumps in the USA for Triple jump. I have been running and jumping for over 15 years, as well as private personal fitness coach for the past 10 years. When it comes to wellness and fitness, my speciality is wight loss and toning. 95% if all clients I worked with full time reached their fitness goals; going from 36% body fat to 21%, 15% to 8% ( for my elite athletes), size 8 to 2, size 10 to 4, size 13 to 10, etc. My client are able to achieve these kind of result because of the personalized fitness set up I create for each of my client along with basic nutrition guidance.
If its elite level of achievement you are seeking, or to better your performance in specific sport, I can help with that as well. I was head HS girls track and field coach. Assistant Junior college jump coach. I have helped many athletes improve speed, power, strength, and agility. If you need improvement in one or more of those areas, rest assure I will get you there.

I start all my clients with fitness assessment ( 30min added to first session bought). This is the most important part because it is when I get to hear your goal, test your body out, and create a 6 weeks plan that is specific for accomplishing your goal. Each session is designed depending on the clients needs. However a typical format for fitness will be two lower body work, then two upper body work, abs , then additional lower body and upper body combination total body movement exercises that also improves your stamina. Ending with Stretching and flexibility work.

Specific sport coaching will be slightly different; if working on the track or field vs if working in weight room which will consist of mostly core and power lifting such as dead lift, cleans, snatch, power cleans, and squats.

If you notice I did not mention warm up, this is because I spend time showing my clients proper warm up only for the first few session. Then I expect them to show up little earlier and warm up on their own, so we can spend more time in training. (50min workout and 10min cool down stretch)

Coach Blessing is an amazing instructor! My daughter had her first session with her, and there are already visible improvements in technique. With her easy to follow instruction and expertise Coach Blessing is going to make her season great. By taking the time to get to know athletes, she is able to pinpoint weak areas and work on strengthening them. We had 2 sessions with Coach Blessing. She knew right away what type of learner my daughter was (a visual one). She taught her accordingly. She was able to work on technique in the triple jump, using specific and comprehensive drills. With the lessons learned in the 2 sessions, my daughter was able to PR 2' 9.5" more than her original PR!! Amazing!! We highly recommend Coach Blessing and her expertise.
