More About Coach Bill

I have been a certified personal trainer for 10 years, and a Krav Maga instructor for 7. I've managed multiple gyms and trained high profile clients in both weight lifting and Krav Maga (self defense). I've started with kids as young as 5, and had clients in their 80's. I also am a certified nutritionist and do diet plans and food shopping based on the individual.

I played college lacrosse, trained with multiple athletes competing in weight lifting competitions, as well as people competing for shows. I also have a degree in kinesiology and am a registered dietitian as well as an ISSA certified trainer.

This really depends on the specific needs of the client for me. No one person is the same, and I take a slow start approach to really make sure we avoid injury and get a good feel for the level each individual athlete needs. Then after a session or two we can get rolling with short and long term goals to achieve.
