More About Coach Bill

I have 20 years experience in strength and conditioning as well a coaching. I played basketball at the college level with 20 years coaching as well as coaching athletes in football, track, baseball, and cross country.
I have a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and a master's degree in Exercise Science.
I currently work as a strength and conditioning coach at X3 Sports. and with the Atlanta Hawks.

I am a strength and conditioning coach and will train sports specific strength and conditioning for your sport. I have worked with athletes at every level in a variety of sports including:
Football
Basketball
Baseball
Softball
Track and cross country
Wrestling
Volleyball
Rowing
Powerlifting
Bodybuilding
Cheerleading

My training is individual and sports specific. Group work is designed according to the number of athletes and sport specific. Each session will be 60-90 minutes in length.
As part of my training, I ask for a two month commitment. My availability is open.
My rate reflects what the facility I use charges me but I can discount as needed.
