More About Coach Ben

Coach Ben Z. has been active in the fitness industry for over 13 years. He was first certified in 2003 by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His work experience includes LA Fitness, UFC Gym, and various private personal training and physical therapy studios. More recently Ben was a Tier 3 Trainer at Equinox and the Program Director at the American Fitness and Nutrition Academy.

As well as running the bootcamp, Ben currently trains a handful of private clients ranging from soccer moms to professional athletes and mixed martial arts fighters to Fortune 500 CEOs.

He holds the following certifications:

- NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
- ISSN Certified Sports Nutritionist
- BioForce Certified Conditioning Coach

Varsity football team member for 4 years playing the linebacker position at Arcadia High School.

Competed in various Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions for 5 years and currently retired.

Most sessions will be an hour long.

Begin with a general warm up, followed by a dynamic warm up.
After the warmup, athlete will perform movements with weights or bodyweight drills that will be specific to their goal.
Cool down will consist of stretching and loaded stretching.
