I am currently a head coach and lead instructor at Prime Time Baseball LLC in Alexandria, VA. I am currently the 10U head coach and alternate 17U head coach. I provide lessons for both pitching and hitting to athletes ages 8-18.

I played high school baseball at Bethesda Chevy Chase H.S. where I earned a varsity letter. I also pitched in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference for Guilford College.

I am very well versed in arm and shoulder care techniques as well as balance and explosivity for pitchers. A typical session with me involves some amount of warm up using both dynamic and static stretching, time spent warming up the shoulder using resistance bands (if age appropriate), and a progressive throwing program designed to gradually incorporate the entire body into the pitching motion. From there, we work on balance, which involves several drills designed to build core strength and allow the pitcher to stabilize their head during the pitching motion. We usually then move on to a bullpen in which the pitcher throws anywhere between 25-50 full speed pitches while I provide feedback.
