More About Coach Benjamin

I am a Certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist that is studying for my EXOS certification as well as my MAT Certification. I have worked with all ages and can focus in on any goal of yours. I have been training clients for the past two years and love what I do.

I played collegiate soccer at Gonzaga University where I majored in Kinesiology. I currently play professional soccer for Rio Grande Valley FC in the USL Championship.

Depending on your goal, the session will help you improve where your weaknesses are and continue to build strength and motor control within the entire body. Staying healthy, active and living your best life is my goal for every client of mine.
