I have close to 20 years of experience coaching on both the high school and college level. I've spent the last 8 years coaching on the collegiate levels which includes stops at Cape Fear Community College, Wilmington NC, University of North Carolina Wilmington, Wilmington NC, DePaul University, Chicago IL, Eastern Illinois University, Charleston IL, & this this past year at La Lumiere Prep as Athletic Director and Basketball Coach.

I'm a former student athlete and have experience playing on all levels. I am a Chicago native played High School basketball at Curie Metropolitan High School, played college basketball at both Indian Hills Community College Ottumwa IA, and University of North Carolina Wilmington. My professional career includes stops in the Canadian League, Waterloo ON, National Basketball Developmental League (NBDL), Huntsville AL, Xtreme Basketball Association (XBA) Wilmington NC.

I have experience in training both male and female of all ages. A typical training session with me will strictly depend upon the individual strength and weaknesses and natural ability as a basketball player. I am very much involved with all my workouts in regards to demonstrations and participation with all my clients. I'm also intense with my passion about developing skills and the correct habits in order to be effective in a game situation. I am extremely encouraging and motivating during my workouts as I believe that the majority of having success playing this game comes from the mental aspect of concentrating, having extreme confidence, working hard and more importantly having FUN!
