I have done lessons in softball in all categories. I have coached high school girls with my travel ball team. I went home every summer between college and coached freshman and sophomores in High school. I would make their practice plans, game plans, conditioning and workout and mental toughness workshops. I have a CPR certification. I also have a degree in Excercise Science. I also took a coaching class and certification.

I have played division 1 softball and have played ina national championship in junior college level. I competed at Austin Peay State. I competed at Central Florida State College, I won all conference both years, I made first team all state. I have also been academic all American. In high school I recorded over 400 strikeouts in three years. I made all county and conference teams my junior and senior year and then I made all state my senior year along with pitcher of the year.

A client can expect a tough session. I am tough but I understand how to teach to listen. I will focus on certain things that they need to work on. If they are a younger athlete we will do a warm up, then work on more mechanical, technical stuff. Younger girls I will show and really break it down for her and explain what we are doing. I will sit them down and find out what drives them and makes them ticks. An older girl who has been playing will be more breakdown on certain pitching mechanics. I will push her hard. On our first session I will make sure I watch her throw especially if she was coming from a different coach or taught herself. Then I will critique her we go through the lesson and give options and work off of what she knows. With the older girls I will have a lesson in which they tell me if they want to play seriously I'm college and really get to know them and what they want to get out of this.
