2015 - 2018 Performance Specialist at Michael Johnson Performance : Led MLB, NFL, and College Football strength and conditioning programs. Led strength and conditioning program for TCS Baseball Academy which consisted of 50 collegiate baseball players.

2018 - Present: Began my athlete training business that has consisted of training MLB, NFL, Collegiate, and High School athletes in DFW.

- Masters Degree in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Tyler
- Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association

Full scholarship outside linebacker at Texas State University from 2010-2013. Also was a 3 sport athlete at Rowlett High School in Rowlett, Texas from 2006-2010.

2. 15 Minute Power: Jumps, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball Power, Single Leg Stability
3. 30 Minute Linear Speed: Enforce proper linear speed postures, positions, and attack angles to improve the athletes sprinting mechanics
