Have been coaching youth baseball in the San Diego area for the past five years via travel ball and high school. Currently coach at Patrick Henry High School.

Played 6 years of professional baseball, 5 of those years were with the Detroit Tigers. The highest level reached was AA along with three big league spring training invites.

Typical sessions have a warm up, detailed instruction on focused subject, followed by some sort of conditioning at the end of session. These sessions are meant to be a supplement to your work on your own.
