Help with building strength and endurance for our athletes in the program. Our concentration is to teach our players proper techniques to lift correctly and safely. I create a workout for our players to perform in a lifting session. Paying Attention to detail is the ability to accomplish tasks completely and accurately, no matter how big or small is important. Successful communication is not only important to coaching student-athletes but integral in working with coaches, sports medicine professionals, administrators, and the media.
I competed at the NAIA Division 2 level for both Track and field and Basketball. For a track, I longed jumped and competed as well in the 100m dash. This was a challenge due to it being my only year of the track due to graduation.
for 3 years in college, I played basketball in the positions varying from Point Guard to small forward dependence on the system the coach implemented at the time. My strengths in Basketball are Mid-Range shooting, rebounding, and hustle. I also learned how to weight lift properly in which now I implement with the high school athletes I work with now.
This will be a very open, competitive, and learning experience for both my clients and myself. I am eager to learn more about my client's strengths and weaknesses, ambitions and goals. I will develop a plan to improve in areas with my clients through observations through assessments in writing and training sessions. My goal is to help the client become the best form of themselves.
