Lacrosse: Currently I am the head boys lacrosse coach at Wilbur McMahon School. During the offseason, I have coached for Aquidneck Cannons for 3 years. I have experience coaching from 5th grade all the way up to 12th grade.

Basketball: I am currently the head boys basketball coach at Wilbur McMahon School and run a summer sports camp in Little Compton, Rhode Island. I have coached previously in the past at the middle school and high school level with AAU Program Bay State Magic.

Regardless of the sport, each individual can benefit from a short period focused on the importance of stretching and taking care of your body. The athlete will take 10 minutes to get their body ready for the workout through stretching and getting mentally locked in. My workouts focus on the offensive side of the game.

Dodging, Catch and Shoot, Good hard cuts, Footwork, Passing, and Protecting the Stick.

Example Workout (1 Hour):
-10 min stretching
-15 min of dodging down alley making one quick move, exploding to outside to shot
-5 min of film on reading slides and identifying proper pass on slides when it comes (Drink Break)
-20 min of catch and shooting coming down on a cut off feed from X. Both sides, cuts inside and outside
-5 min of footwork and agility using cones
-5 min cool down with passing

A workout will have a lot of work on dribble moves and building up into combos to create your own shot. As the game is changing and the pick and roll becomes such a big part of our offense, understanding how to attack off of a pick is important. Everything we do is worked on with both hands, forcing the client to be comfortable with both hands. I often like to prepare short clips of film to allow the client to visualize the game and see where to use things in game situations. Understanding how to break down a defense is very important and reading off screens.

Example Workout (1 Hour):
-10 min stretching
-15 min dribble moves and combos to create own shot.
-5 min of film on various ways to come off screen depending on way defense is playing you (Drink Break)
-10 min of coming off pick and finishing at rim with and without contact
-5 min of taking a floater off of pick
-5 min of pulling up at elbow off pick
-5 min of taking 3 pointer
-5 min cool down with free throws and shooting circuit
