I have privately coached individuals at all skills levels from young elementary players to high school athletes. I have also coached various boys and girls middle school travel leagues. Throughout my college career I also helped to coach several elite prospect camps and younger day camps focused on skill development.

I was a 3 year starter on the Division one womens basketball team at Lafayette College. I led the league in double doubles for a portion of two of my college seasons and hold various all time and top ten shooting and rebounding records at the school.

I enjoy focusing on skill development starting with the basic and then building skills through direction and repetition. A typical session would consist of a warmup including some jump roping and ladder drills followed by dribbling if that was a skill the athlete was interested in working on. This would be followed by some form shooting and basic shooting before moving to the particular skills for that session which might include shooting form, post moves, or shooting on the move.
