A typical session would go like the following: Dynamic warm-up, once done warming up athlete will go through three stations which includes balls drills, everyday drills(footwork) and ladder/cone drills. I focus on technique because when you are tired in a game your technique will take over for you.

Arness is great communicator and defensive back trainer/ teacher. Although my son has only been with him a few months, I have already seen significant improvement with his footwork, technique, and confidence.
