More About Coach April

Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. I have experience in training athletes from all levels (youth to elite college) as well as non-athletes achieve their desired goals in fitness. Previously was part of the Strength & Conditioning Department at UNLV working with the College Athletes.

Previous Division One athlete for the University of Idaho and Washington State University. After graduating and getting my degree in Exercise Science I played at an amateur semi pro level for soccer in Las Vegas, while also interning at UNLV in their Strength & Conditioning Department.
