Trained Middle and High School Athletes, Collegiate and Professional athletes. Sports included are Track, Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer and Weightlifting. I have worked with athletes ranging from 8 years old to 65 years of age. Certified through NSCA.

Played football for the Air Force Academy and St. Olaf College playing both Defensive Back & Wide Receiver. Team Offense MVP and All Conference for two years. Offered Playing opportunities in the UFL, CFL & NFL .

A typical session begins with Dynamic-Warmup then we focus on a balance of technique, specific drills, game situations and skill enhancement. A session filled with positive energy and great motivation.

Great coach!

My 11 year old son really enjoyed his session with Coach Antonio! He pushed my son to work hard but he did it in a way that was encouraging, motivating, and very positive! We will be booking more sessions soon!

My son has been training with Antonio as a DB and WR for a couple of months and the experience has been phenomenal. He challenges his mental and physical capabilities, encourages him to set high standards for what he wants to accomplish, and offers support both on and off the field.
