A typical session will focus on basketball IQ and obtaining the skills needed for the client to be successful and move to the next level of competitive play, which may be getting confidence, making a team, getting more playing time, becoming a starter, having impact on game outcomes, or attracting the attention of scouts. Initial phase will be on court awareness, stance and positioning, and fundamentals of team play. The next phase will focus on understanding defense of movement and principals, ball handling and change of directions, attacking the basket, proper shooting and passing techniques. The final phase will focus on mental toughness and sportsmanship. Session will wrap with analysis and discussion about the progress of client and expectations for next session.
